Procedures for the storage of water waste containers at HSB:
- Notify the terminal when the containers are being dropped off and when they are expected to be removed, by email to hbtrmmgrs@bcferries.com and BCFHorseshoeBayTerminalSupervisors@bcferries.com
- Ensure the containers are stored in the containment area
- Proper documentation attached to the container including what they contain and contact information including phone number of Supervisor and Operations Manager for West Coast-Candice Brown 604-834-9495
- Notify the terminal by telephone and email when the bins are being picked up
- If Y2K or Terrapure drops off or picks up totes same procedure applies
Ensure each drop off/ pick up is emailed to both email addresses and the West Coast office email below.
