When pressure washing stairwells,
Do not power wash anywhere near electrical devises particularly the red fire alarm switches.
These areas need to be carefully hand cleaned and the surrounding area.
Please carefully review this week’s schedule for start times, vessels, locations and duties, etc.

Note, there is also a vent case vent line that will need to be sucked out with the pump truck.

For next pay period,
I am implementing Ceridian a self power pay program for all employees.
All staff you will receive a login access for your paystub, T4’s and any employment records, etc.
More information to follow.
The Collective Agreement has been ratified.
SEIU will be issuing the new Collective Agreement to all Staff in the near future.
Once the Oak Bay, Eagle and SOBC have been completed.
I will be setting up one on one meetings with each staff member
to implement formal job description/classification(s) duties & responsibilities.
At that time, I will try to answer any questions you may have.
