Alert to refit staff:

When working onboard vessels ensure you have a tote to put your wash water in DO NOT USE drains onboard unless authorized.

Any staff using vessel sink or scupper unauthorized will be reprimanded. This is against BCF, WCES and Fisheries and Oceans regulations.

All staff should have the following number readily available-These IMPORTANT NUMBERS are posted in the staff container and at tool box meetings:

Please ensure all staff have these numbers while working at FMU.

Again!!!! If you are late or miss a day please fill out your form and submit in the container basket as soon as possible, take a picture and send it to the office if you are unavailable to personally submit.

These forms are available on the web site, at FMU and in all binders onboard vessel.

I send out a lot of forms with pay stubs not to long ago.

It is staffs responsibility to submit these forms.

Please give at Least 2 weeks notice in writing on form for requested time off and wait for approval, again submit in the container basket as soon as possible, take a picture and send it to the office if you are unavailable to personally submit.

If you are off for illness it is mandatory to contact your supervisor and produce a Doctors note and submit your form again submit in the container basket as soon as possible, take a picture and send it to the office if you are unavailable to personally submit.

If you are unavailable to work out of town please submit the availability to work form for office records.

For any staff that feel they need training please advise Candice and she can arrange for formal training.

West Coast does not ever use cold water for any cleaning.

Please report to Candice or your Supervisor if you do not have access to hot water or a kettle.

All dirty rags to be taken to cleaners not left in containers.

No change of scheduled work times for any staff unless authorized by Candice or myself.

All staff at FMU working on any vessel need to read and acknowledge the Risk Assessment prior to working.

Staff that have not signed the Risk Assessment will be reprimanded for not doing so.
