Alert to Refit Supervisors:
Recently, I have received a few new hires with inadequate forms submitted to the office.
Shortly you will receive a notification about a new document “New Hire Profiles” posted (saved) on our website. For any new hires these forms need to be filled out by new staff prior to starting Employment and need to be submitted to the office on the first day the new staff start.
All forms can be filled out electronically except PBC form:
- PBC needs to be print out first and then filled out
- Company Policy-read, sign and submit
- Employee Availability-Please note I need this information for scheduling.**** Also note all staff are required to fill out this form twice a year January and August every year.
- Profile- Also ensure bank information is submitted for auto pay either a void cheque or bank information.
- Please ensure the office receives each new staff members resume with references, experience, qualifications and certificates.
** No new hires without WHIMS** If needed West Coast can provide training prior to employment.
For any recent new hires please ensure to submit these forms as soon as possible and any other relevant information-eg. If new hire has a vehicle or wants to drive a Company vehicle/submit drivers abstract etc.,
Once I receive all the new hire information, Miriam will also be advised and set up an Employee Profile for new staff members.
