A Message summary from the CS of the SOVI:

Over-spray from galley cleaning was noticed the following morning after the galley cleaning on the 28th  [on the SOVI]

It appears to be detergent of some kind that has been splashed up onto our food service equipment and fixtures.

An Environmental Officer from Health Canada conducted an inspection on the 29th, notated it in his inspection as a sanitation and maintenance hazard.

 

Please use more caution in the future, and take appropriate measures to eliminate over-spray.
