VANS & Equipment

  1. Remember to advise immediately if equipment is broken
  2. Staff driving vans must submit a drivers abstract every 3 months.  Office will decide on individual basis if employee is approved to drive company vehicle.  (just call icbc to request, there is no charge)
  3.  A list of approved drivers will be posted.  If you are not on the approved list, you are NOT to drive a company vehicle.
  4. Continued attention must be given to loading supplies in vans securely and ensuring maintenance check. Report anything requiring attention.  It is each driver’s responsibility to keep vehicle clean and equipment in working maintained order.  This needs to happen even when traveling out of town.
